Can include inhand work only or ridden depending on the purpose of rehab. Often there is a mixture of both inhand and ridden. Lunging is part of the inhand section. The aim of course is a more stabile, stronger, balanced, confident horse that is not overloading any particular area, which will often reaggravate an old issue or create a new one

How do you know if something else is now not over compensating for this new exercise ? Do you know what to look for in a backing up exercise ? Are hills always beneficial ? Why is pole work not functional for future soundness ?
